The hotel had the worst service I've ever experienced. More than a half of what was proudly stated in the concept was not presented at all - no gym, no ala-carte restaurants, no premium coffee-shop, no pomegranate juice, no orange juice, no fresh bar, no confectionary, no waffles, no ice-cream, no taco, no buffet at nights etc. What else?
The electricity was constantly cut out.
Many rooms have very poor-quality plumbing. Our shower was leaking, our neighbors' toilet was leaking, so they had to change a room.
The cleaning service is freaking poor. In 10 days, they washed the floor just once (and only after several requests).
We were forced to go to the reception several times on an everyday basis, since the problems were never solved immediately. By the way, we had that feeling that the cleaning staff were searching the guest's belongings out. A good thing that we never left money in the room, so we lost only a piece of dessert, but we talked to other guests, and they were sure that their stuff was searched out, too. We also heard that someone's money was stolen.
The area was not properly cleaned either. In the hallway in front of the rooms someone's glasses and plates were constantly standing for 2-3 days straight, and no one carried them away.
According to the hotel concept, the mini-bar was supposed to be replenished every single day. It never did though. They replenished it maybe twice? Once after the third or fourth our request, and once they replenished it a couple of hours before our departure.
The food choice was quite poor. No enough meat or fish. The pizza was often burnt. Once we saw a fly in the fish.
The worst thing is the service. They do not know any hotel standards as I see it. They do touch guests' personal belongings and even guests' underwear. They enter the room while the 'Do not disturb' sign is on. They do not always bring any toiletries and take away bathrobes, towels, blankets. They are rude. They never resolve any of your problems.
The hotel has the only one good thing - it is the sea. The sea is quite far away though. That is all.
It is only a small part of what happened here.
So, if you want to get a good service and yummy food, that place is definitely not for you.

Vairā k nekā puse no tā , kas lepni tika norā dī ts koncepcijā , vispā r netika prezentē ta - nav sporta zā les, nav ala-carte restorā nu, nav augstā kā s kvalitā tes kafejnī cas, nav granā tā bolu sulas, nav apelsī nu sulas, nav svaigu batoniņ u, bez konditorejas izstrā dā jumiem, bez vafelē m. , bez saldē juma, bez taco, bez bufetes vakaros utt. Kas vē l?

Daudzā s telpā s ir ļ oti sliktas kvalitā tes santehnika. Mū su duš a tecē ja, kaimiņ u tualete tecē ja, tā pē c viņ iem nā cā s mainī t istabu.
Uzkopš anas pakalpojums ir ļ oti slikts. 10 dienu laikā viņ i izmazgā ja grī du tikai vienu reizi (un tikai pē c vairā kiem pieprasī jumiem).
Ikdienā bijā m spiesti vairā kas reizes doties uz reģ istratū ru, jo problē mas uzreiz neatrisinā jā s. Starp citu, mums bija tā da sajū ta, ka apkopē ji meklē viesa mantas. Labi, ka nekad neatstā jā m naudu istabā , tā pē c pazaudē jā m tikai gabaliņ u deserta, bet aprunā jā mies ar citiem viesiem, un viņ i bija pā rliecinā ti, ka arī viņ u mantas ir izmeklē tas. Dzirdē jā m arī , ka kā dam nozagta nauda.
Teritorija arī netika pienā cī gi sakopta. Priekš namā istabā m kā da glā zes un š ķ ī vji pastā vī gi stā vē ja 2-3 dienas taisni, un neviens tos nenesa.
Saskaņ ā ar viesnī cas koncepciju mini bā rs bija jā papildina katru dienu. Tomē r tas nekad nav noticis. Viņ i to papildinā ja varbū t divas reizes? Vienreiz pē c treš ā vai ceturtā mū su pieprasī juma, un vienreiz viņ i to papildinā ja pā ris stundas pirms mū su izbraukš anas.
Ē dienu izvē le bija diezgan slikta. Nepietiek gaļ as vai zivju. Pica biež i tika sadedzinā ta. Reiz zivī s redzē jā m muš u.
Sliktā kais ir serviss. Viņ i nezina nekā dus viesnī cu standartus, kā es to redzu. Tie aizskar viesu personī gā s mantas un pat viesu apakš veļ u. Viņ i ieiet telpā , kamē r ir ieslē gta zī me "Netraucē t". Viņ i ne vienmē r ņ em lī dzi nekā dus tualetes piederumus un aizved peldmē teļ us, dvieļ us, segas. Viņ i ir rupji. Viņ i nekad neatrisina jū su problē mas.
Viesnī cai ir vienī gā labā lieta - tā ir jū ra. Tomē r jū ra ir diezgan tā lu. Tas ir viss.
