I would like to warn everyone – NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE – Nature Lanka Ayurveda Resort. I am writing this review so that other people can avoid making a mistake and wasting money and time. This is the worst place I have ever been in my life.
1. They took 100% prepayment before checking in even though the resort was empty – there was only one more guest besides me. I made a decision to leave 2 days earlier because I finally felt that the treatment in not only NOT helping but damaging my health. I came only with cough but I left also with stomach problem after their medicine and food! They STOLE MY MONEY. Now I understand why the resort was empty – because these people are thieves, they don’t care about your health, they care only about the money.
2. Therapists are very inexperienced. I asked to change a couple of therapists and they all were very mediocre. I know it because I had experience in Mirissa and Nuwara Eliya. In Nature Lanka they are not prepared and not trained at all. Seems that they are in a hurry, forgetting to work with fingers and other places. In other words – WORST AYURVEDIC TREATMENT, if I can even call it so.
3. They gave me 4 medicines on the first day and I vomited after half an hour. They asked me to take the medicine again same day a couple of hours later and again I vomited. They don’t even understand that with my health and body weight I can’t take 4 medicines at a time!
4. The doctor works in Galle and comes to the resort only in some difficult cases, in all other cases you will be consulted by young inexperienced ladies which is not what I expected. I asked them a lot of questions because I am interested in Ayurveda and they couldn’t answer even to half of them. The check-out recommendations only make me laugh – nothing is written or explained – they give same to everyone if you ask. If you don’t ask, they don’t give at all.
5. They ignore completely all requests. For example, I asked to see a doctor because I started to have pain in the ear. They didn’t even bother to make an appointment. Of course, why would they, if they already got all money in advance! Also, we asked to change the food but after our requests they stopped cooking at all!
6. The food was DISGUSTING, not fresh and same every day and same to all 3 people – no difference according to dosha types. It was a complete torture because I thought we will get some nice vegetarian healthy food. Instead, every day we got same soup only with herbs – no vegetables at all, same rice with their sri-lankan style spicy herbs. The worst thing is that day by day the food got worse and worse and in the last days they only were giving rice with spicy sauce. I was eating only fruits, which as it appeared THEY CAN ALSO SPOIL. 2 times they gave us not ripened bananas after which our tongues got numb and the juices were soooooo awful (90% of water and 10% of pineapple), that I thought I will die from hunger there. 2 times they gave fried! Fish which was as hard and dark as wood. How healthy it is! And we could probably go to another place to eat but the resort is TOOO FAR FROM EVERYTHING.
7. The resort is so far from all places, you need to take a taxi or tuk-tuk and they get angry if you call a pick-me taxi because they want you to go with their tuk-tuk driver who gives them commission but is twice more expensive.
8. Shampoo and conditioner were not provided. They gave shower gel only after my every day requests which is ridiculous.
9. Cleaning lady threw away my bag which was on the drawer – NOT ON THE FLOOR. Just because she thought that I don’t need it.
10. They violated all human rights at my check out trying to keep me waiting as long as possible and I was late for taxi.
11. I came there to improve my health and relax before marriage and honeymoon but they spoiled everything and I regret that such places exist. I hope no other people will become victims of this fraud.

1. Pirms reģ istrē š anā s viņ i paņ ē ma 100% priekš apmaksu, lai gan kū rorts bija tukš s – bez manis bija vē l tikai viens viesis. Pieņ ē mu lē mumu doties prom 2 dienas agrā k, jo beidzot sajutu, ka ā rstē š ana ne tikai NEpalī dz, bet arī kaitē manai veselī bai. Atnā cu tikai ar klepu, bet aizgā ju arī ar vē dera problē mā m pē c viņ u zā lē m un ē diena! Viņ i nozaga MANU NAUDU. Tagad es saprotu, kā pē c kū rorts bija tukš s – jo š ie cilvē ki ir zagļ i, viņ iem nerū p tava veselī ba, viņ iem rū p tikai nauda.
2. Terapeiti ir ļ oti nepieredzē juš i. Es lū dzu nomainī t pā ris terapeitus, un viņ i visi bija ļ oti viduvē ji. Es to zinu, jo man bija pieredze Mirisā un Nuwara Eliya. Dabā Lankā viņ i nav sagatavoti un vispā r nav apmā cī ti. Š ķ iet, ka viņ i steidzas, aizmirstot strā dā t ar pirkstiem un citā m vietā m. Citiem vā rdiem sakot – SLIKTĀ KĀ Ā JURVĒ DAS Ā RSTĒ Š ANA, ja es to vispā r tā varu nosaukt.
3. Pirmajā dienā man iedeva 4 zā les un pē c pusstundas es vemju. Viņ i lū dza man atkal lietot zā les tajā paš ā dienā pē c pā ris stundā m, un es atkal vemju. Viņ i pat nesaprot, ka es ar savu veselī bu un ķ ermeņ a svaru nevaru lietot 4 zā les vienlaikus!
4. Ā rsts strā dā Gallē un uz kū rortu ierodas tikai daž os sarež ģ ī tos gadī jumos, visos citos gadī jumos konsultē s jaunas nepieredzē juš as dā mas, kas nav tas, ko es gaidī ju. Es viņ iem uzdevu daudz jautā jumu, jo mani interesē ā jurvē da, un viņ i nevarē ja atbildē t pat uz pusi no tiem. Izrakstī š anā s ieteikumi man tikai liek pasmieties – nekas nav ne rakstī ts, ne paskaidrots – visiem dod vienā di, ja pajautā . Ja jū s neprasā t, viņ i nedod vispā r.
5. Viņ i pilnī bā ignorē visus pieprasī jumus. Piemē ram, es palū dzu apmeklē t ā rstu, jo man sā ka sā pē t auss. Viņ i pat neuztraucā s norunā t tikš anos. Protams, kā pē c gan viņ i, ja jau visu naudu dabū ja avansā ! Mē s arī lū dzā m mainī t ē dienu, bet pē c mū su lū gumiem viņ i vispā r pā rtrauca gatavot!
6. Ē diens bija PRETĪ GS, ne svaigs un katru dienu vienā ds un visiem 3 cilvē kiem vienā ds – nav atš ķ irī bas pa doš u veidiem. Tā bija pilnī ga spī dzinā š ana, jo es domā ju, ka mē s iegū sim kā du jauku veģ etā ru veselī gu pā rtiku. Tā vietā katru dienu dabū jā m vienu un to paš u zupu tikai ar garš augiem – bez dā rzeņ iem, vieni un tie paš i rī si ar to š rilankas stila pikantiem garš augiem. Sliktā kais ir tas, ka ar katru dienu ē diens kļ uva sliktā ks un sliktā ks, un pē dē jā s dienā s viņ i deva tikai rī sus ar pikantu mē rci. Es ē du tikai augļ us, kurus, kā izrā dī jā s, TIE VAR ARĪ SABOJĀ T. 2 reizes mums iedeva nenogatavinā tus banā nus, pē c kuriem mē les notirpinā ja un sulas bija ļ oooooti š ausmī gas (90% ū dens un 10% ananā su), ka domā ju, ka tur nomirš u no bada. 2 reizes viņ i deva ceptu! Zivis, kas bija cieta un tumš a kā koks. Cik tas ir veselī gi! Un mē s droš i vien varē tu aiziet uz citu vietu paē st, bet kū rorts ir PĀ RĀ K TĀ LU no visa.
7. Kū rorts atrodas tik tā lu no visā m vietā m, jums ir jā brauc ar taksi vai tuk-tuk, un viņ i dusmojas, ja jū s izsaucat pick-me taksometru, jo viņ i vē las, lai jū s dotos kopā ar viņ u tuk-tuk š oferi, kurš viņ iem dod komisiju, bet ir divreiz dā rgā ks.
8. Š ampū ns un kondicionieris netika nodroš inā ti. Viņ i deva duš as ž eleju tikai pē c maniem ikdienas pieprasī jumiem, kas ir smieklī gi.

Apkopē ja izmeta manu somu, kas atradā s uz atvilktnes – NAV UZ GRĪ DAS. Tikai tā pē c, ka viņ a domā ja, ka man tas nav vajadzī gs.
10. Viņ i pā rkā pa visas cilvē ktiesī bas manā izrakstī š anā s laikā , cenš oties likt man gaidī t pē c iespē jas ilgā k, un es kavē ju taksometru.
11. Es atbraucu uz turieni uzlabot savu veselī bu un atpū sties pirms laulī bā m un medusmē neš a, bet viņ i visu sabojā ja, un es nož ē loju, ka tā das vietas pastā v. Es ceru, ka neviens cits nekļ ū s par š ī s krā pš anas upuriem.
